The Broker, Donna Ferri at the Rivergate, did not disclose the heliport prior to the signing of the lease. Our apartment had gaps in the window frames and noxious fumes entered the apartment. The apartment did not have a Carbon Monoxide Detector installed. The building was issued 5 violations and the Manhattan Skyline Management run by Donald Zucker and Thomas Eschmann refused to make repairs. The apartment was inhabitable, and we moved to a hotel until the end of the lease. We lost 000 for the rental + Hotel + everything else. My wife studied on the bathroom floor for her NYU Dental Classes for 8 months!
